Our focaccia is fermented and made fresh daily then bagged to maintain freshness. One order will contain (4) large pieces of focaccia, which is double what folks may have been used to at the market. Shelf life on this is the same as any bread—longer when sealed from ambient air! Produced at our Bakery in Bath.
